A rescue created and maintained by volunteers to protect and investigate against any cruelty to any equine which includes all horses, donkeys, mules, ponies, ect.
To work with and in conjunction with all law enforcement agencies at the Federal, State and all Local levels including, but not limited to veterinarians, agricultural schools, animal control, SPCA's, humane association, as well as all other agencies and organizations for the betterment and education of all people for all equines.
